The impeller is the core component of the air suspension blower, boasting exceptional performance and sophisticated manufacturing processes. In terms of efficiency, it incorporates proprietary design derived from aero-turbine engine technology, combined with an optimal specific speed design, enabling the system to achieve a maximum efficiency of up to 75%.
Regarding machining and materials, advanced precision machining techniques are employed. To accommodate high-speed rotation, forging technology is utilized in manufacturing. The material of choice is aero-grade Aluminum 7075 alloy, known for its lightweight properties and high stability. Processing is carried out using 5-axis machining centers to minimize tolerances.
