How can I get a quote?
Please provide 2D or 3D drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG) including material, dimensions, tolerances, surface treatment, and quantity. We will offer a quotation within 24 hours.
Can you provide samples for free?
Our samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges.
How about the lead time for production?
Generally, 5-7 days for samples and 3-4 weeks for mass production orders.
How do you control product quality?
We implement a strict 4-step process: (1) Material inspection, (2) First production inspection, (3) Sampling inspection before warehousing, and (4) 100% pre-shipment inspection by QC.
What is your policy for poor-quality parts?
If you receive parts that do not meet quality standards, please send us pictures. Our engineers will analyze the issue and remake the parts for you as soon as possible.
