Precautions

The spindle and inverter must match. Incorrect parameter settings will cause the spindle to burn.
!
Clean the collet, nut, and taper hole before clamping. Tool insertion depth must be at least 15 mm.
!
Preheat the spindle for 15-20 minutes daily. Stop operation for 2 hours daily to restore mechanical fatigue.
!
Strictly avoid knocking the end cover or shaft end during tool changes or transportation.
!
Use clean, dry air via an oil-water separator. Required air pressure: 0.2-0.25MPA.
