What is the production cycle for mass production?
Standard dies can usually be delivered within 7-15 working days; for customized products, depending on the complexity, the cycle is usually 15-30 working days. We synchronize production progress in real time.
Do you provide after-sales support after product delivery?
Yes. We promise "full-cycle after-sales support", including product installation guidance, usage and maintenance consultation, and troubleshooting. We provide repair or replacement for non-human factor quality issues.
What materials are your dies made of?
All dies are made of high-quality steel (such as 42CrMo). We control core indicators like hardness and toughness to ensure stability and durability in high-intensity industrial production.
What are your payment terms?
For payments less than 1,000 USD, full payment is required in advance; for payments of 1,000 USD or more, 30% is paid by telegraphic transfer, and the remaining amount is paid upon shipment.
